Categorical Data Analysis

When the research questions or the hypotheses are related to different categories (categorical or nominal data), data fit to a certain distribution, dependence/independence on each other, etc., Chi-Square tests can be performed. Some common Chi-Square tests include (1) goodness-of-fit test between categories, (2) test for independence between categories, and (3) goodness-of-fit for normality or any other distribution.
