The effect of water and sunlight on the plant growth rate was measured on a scale of 0 (no growth) to 10 (highest level). Data is provided in Table 2.

  1. Draw the experimental diagram as in Figure 1.
  2. Calculate the main effect of factor A. Interpret the result in the context of the problem.
  3. Calculate the main effect of factor B. Interpret the result in the context of the problem.
  4. Calculate the interaction effect of factor AB. Interpret the result in the context of the problem.
  5. Produce the mean plots for the main and interaction effects.
  6. Produce the estimated regression equation.
  7. Construct the ANOVA table from the estimates.
